STS-221

Mission Info:

    STS-221 delivered two modules to the International Orbiter Space Station, the Clean Room for the Sensitive Materials Laboratory, and the first of three Storage Modules.  The Clean Room acts as a preparation room for astronauts working in the Sensitive Materials Laboratory, which will be launched on the next shuttle mission.  The second module that was brought up was a Storage Module, designed to house extra supplies and materials.
